Check out this thread by Venezuelanalysis (20+ years of independent, on-the-ground news and analysis on Venezuela):
Finally the official reaction from Vzlan Acting President Delcy Rodríguez, who hailed an "historic agreement" that is set to condemn Venezuela to 100 years of neocolonial domination. The statements are now bilingual so it's more practical for US officials and corporate vultures.
Rodríguez expressed her "deepest gratitude" to Trump, Rubio and the US govt for developing this deal, which she called a "historic milestone" in US-Venezuela relations. Confirmed that 17 "strategic oilfields" holding 65 billion barrels of reserves are now at the service of US interests. We're talking about more than 20% of the country's reserves.

@Persona Basically, a colonial take-over of Venezuela by the US, as was expected. Rodríguez was probably under serious pressure to bow to US demands or face consequences (eg, full invasion of the country).
Internally, she is trying to spin all this as not being a betrayal of Chavinista policies, but articles in Orinoco suggest many don't believe it
